Many years ago I gave up buying cut Christmas trees. It seemed cruel to kill a tree just to bring it into a house and decorate it for a few weeks. Besides I always ended up buying the 2 or 3 Charlie Brown trees, you know the ones, lopsided or scraggly the ones no one will buy to take home.
